Tim recently completed his Physical Therapy training, completing a Master's in Physical Therapy from the University of British Columbia. Prior to that, he obtained his Bachelor's degree in Human Kinetics with specialization in Kinesiology from Trinity Western University.
Tim has taken post-graduate courses including Mulligan's Mobilization with Movement and Mckenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy of the Lumbar Spine, and is keen to continue with post-graduate training in acupuncture and dry needling. He also plans to pursue his Diploma of Advanced Orthopaedic Manual and Manipulative Therapy.
Although born and raised in Kamloops, Tim moved to Haiti with his family when he was 12 giving him unique opportunities to get hands on experience in the medical field at a young age as well as learn the local language, Haitian Creole. After completing his education at the coast, Tim recently moved back to Kamloops in 2017. Growing up playing many team sports, Tim continues to fill his time with physical activities such as working out, basketball, volleyball, squash, kiteboarding, and most recently wheelchair basketball through Kamloops Adapted Sport Association. Though he has experience with a broad orthopaedic caseload, these interests have led him to have a keen interest in treating both serious athletes and weekend warriors alike, along with getting to the basis of the biomechanical issue rather than just treating the symptoms.
